We find the left wing claiming that Ibn Taymiyyah was a deviant of sorts. Not only do they falsify statements and misinterpret his works, they bring false proof from his contemporarys claiming they also thought the same, on top of that, we have modern day “scholars” who claim the same manhaj as Ibn Taymiyyah, that are now distancing themselves from him.

Before takfir can be established, all conditions must be fulfilled and all impediments removed, and this includes the adhir/excuse which seems to be negated completely.

From the conditions of making takfir are:

Knowledge.
Choice.
Intent.
Deliberate action or saying of kufr, and its acceptance.

This implies determining whether the person knows his action is kufr, and he has chosen it, without being compelled. Moreover, it must be shown that the person was deliberate in his action and is content with it.

From the impediments of takfir are:

Affirmation of an error.
Ignorance, compulsion.
Misinterpretation.

We live in a world where non Muslims and the western media are judging almost 15 centuries of Islam, Allah and His Messenger, by a few incidents done by the most extreme of the most extreme, we are literally talking about less that 0.1% of a population that numbers almost 2 billion people.

Of course the media and the main anti-Muslim protagonists will not speak about the magnificent contributions Islam had to modern day technology, towards law, linguistics, mathematics, architecture, geo-politics, war conditions, rules and treatises. There is not a word about how Muslims came all the way up to spain to protect a Jewish population that was being wiped out and discriminated against by the ruling monarchy. Yes, you read that correctly, Muslims went to Spain to save the Jews living there, from persecution and terrorism, 1000 years before Hitler and the Gestapo of the Nazi State.

All we hear about is a handful of people who broke a pact, but the question is, what does Islam say about the Civilian population in times of war. It is clear that the “peace protecting” West, considers Muslim civilians as collateral damage, when a smart bomb hits a civilian village, maiming and killing dozens of people, hundreds of times over and over again, we realise that people really are expendable to the defender of the world.
