In sha Allah the reader has so far understood the reasoning behind the differences in fiqh, first of all the majority of the issues are minor ones, and secondly for any opinion that we may deem wrong can now understood as an pinion that was developed for their respected scholls based on the evidences and using the methodology that their school follows. In sha Allah we can reconcile that the differing opinions have excuses for them, and many of them are a mercy for us all.

MEANING THAT EVERY STUDENT OF KNOWLEDGE THAT FOLLOWS AN OPINION FROM ANY MADHHABM THAT IS BACKED BY THE QURAN AND SUNNAH, IS NOT ERRING UNLESS ANOTHER OPINION IS SHOWN TO THEM WITH GREATER EVIDENCE BACKING IT.

IN WHICH CASE JUST AS THE FOR IMAMS DID, WHEN A MORE UTHENTIC HADITH REACHED THEM THEY WOULD RECANT THEIR OLD STANCE AND ADOPT A NEW ONE.

The first thing that every married Muslim must realize is that one’s spouse is first and foremost another Muslim. He/she is one’s brother and sister in Islam. Therefore, at minimum all rights that fall upon a Muslim due to the general brotherhood of Islam are also due to one’s spouse. It is a sad situation for a Muslim brother or sister to respect their Muslim brothers and sisters outside of the house but for the situation in the house to degenerate into less even than that minimum standard of respect and kindness inside the household. Therefore the first step is for every Muslim to open some of the books about respect, manners (adab) and courtesy towards other Muslims and to realize that all of those principles apply to their partner in their house. Being a woman in this day and age is difficult, and being a Muslim Woman carries even more weight. The Muslim woman just like the Muslim man is expected to act in accordance to the Qur’an and Sunnah.

However, saying that, for those that live in the west the line becomes blurry, we get outdated fatawa from scholars who have never visited a cinema or seen a place like Movie World, and with all due respect we take fatawa on thousands of issues from the Ulama, but when it comes to specific fiqh of that which is cutomary to people in the west and that which in common only in the west, we need to look for people who understand that way of life.
