WHEN YOU WAKE UP AT NIGHT – SAY THESE WORDS
WHICH ALLAH WILL RESPOND TO
The prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever awakens during the night and says:
لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
“laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa alaa kulli shay-in qadeer, subhaanallaah walhamdulillaah wa laa ilaaha illallaah, wa Allaahu Akbar, wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaah”
Then says:
اللهم اغفر لي
“Allaahumma igh-fir-lee”(O Allaah forgive me)
Allah will accept their dua and they will be responded to, and if you perform wudhu and pray, your other prayers WILL ALSO be accepted!
(SAHIH AL-BUKHARI)
