MORALS AND MANNERS IN ISLAM – POWERFUL QUOTE – WHAT IS WHAT? Posted on September 14, 2020September 14, 2020 by Zinaid Abu Naser View this post on Instagram The Qur’an and the Sunnah instruct us to adopt a morally upright character. We are commanded to show kindness and give charity to the poor and the helpless. We are commanded to help people in their time of need, to forgive others, to respect our parents and elders, to fulfill our promises, to be kind to animals, to be patient in adversity, to maintain justice, to be honest. This is morality in Islam! We do not need philosophical arguments to prove our existence and morality. We are governed by The Qur’an and Sunnah. We do not need atheist thinkers to define their modern, western, subjective moral values to us. Use The Qur’an and Sunnah, use The Messenger's ﷺ Actions and Words, as your yardstick. Do that and all of your measurements, will always be correct. #TheYardstick #Quran #Sunnah #Hadeeth #Hadith #Morals #Morality #Manners #Adab #Ahlaq #TakingAStance #WeHaveAlwaysBeenTheSame #OurCriteria #TheCriteria #SubjectiveMorality #ObjectiveMorality #MoralsInIslam #SalafiThoughts #ZinaidAbuNaser A post shared by Zinaid Abu Naser (@zinaidabunaser) on Sep 12, 2020 at 4:27am PDT Share this:TwitterFacebook Related
